ABOUT ME

MEET JARRYD

I burst onto the FIS Snowboard World Cup in 2012 with a top-10 finish as a 16-year-old. Since my debut, I have gone on to win a Gold and Silver Medal at the FIS Junior World Championships, as well as winning the Lake Louise FIS World Cups in 2013 and the Montafon World Cup in 2017.

As a seasoned athlete on the FIS World Cup Circuit, I have been a consistent performer in the Top 10 and was the youngest World Number One.

In 2016, I won Gold in the Snowboardcross Event at X Games in Aspen Colorado, making me the youngest winner and the first Australian male to EVER win a Gold Medal at Winter X Games (in any discipline).

In 2018, I represented Australia at my second Olympic Games in Pyeong Chang, winning the Silver Medal and my proudest moment was carrying the Australian Flag and leading the Australian Team at the Closing Ceremony.

This year I won Gold in the Team Boardercross event at the FIS Snowboard World Championships making me the only Australian athlete to earn the title of FIS Junior World Champion and World Champion in Winter Sport.

When I am not racing in Snowboardcross I enjoy riding the park with my mates and shredding on fresh pow.
